Such ICB derives from the conventional PEMB and represents a brand-new Building System Sales Model and Philosophy: what we give our customers is a total-and-final solution, not just a pile of building components.

The key features of an ABC ICB are: 1. It is a Metal Building System; 2.It is Pre-engineered and customized; 3. It is an integration of engineering, fabrication, construction and decoration; 4. It is a simplified turn-key solution, like a refrigerator or a automobile, with a simplified price label; 5. It is with a menu of options for parameter-setting and customization according to customers’ needs.

ICB develops into two subcategories. One subcategory is permanent, fixed building for conventional urban or suburban public facilities, such as schools, office buildings, hospitals, municipal buildings and community buildings. Such buildings feature in standardization, integration and industrialization of engineering, fabrication and installation, and thereby quality is guaranteed, construction period, construction and maintenance cost are reduced.


The other subcategory is semi-permanent, transferable or removable building for cold area, dry area, mineral field, oil field, construction site, provisional commercial promotions, and refugee accommodations or post-disaster relocations. This subcategory is further divided into board-house type and container-house type. The board-house is made of PU sandwich panel as the load-bearing element and cladding element, with small-size steel sections as reinforcement. The PU sandwich panel is developed to replace the widely-used EPS sandwich panel which is weak in fireproofing performance. The container-house, on the other hand, uses the reinforced standard container frame as the load-bearing structure. After refit, the container units can be assembled to achieve a massive open space with panels as its cladding.
